Description

These are a pair of early 19th-century houses built of colourwashed stone, with a slate roof and brick chimney stacks on either side. Number 21 has a modern door set back within a recess and a later 19th-century canted bay window on the left-hand side. Number 23 features a wide door with the upper half glazed in margin lights, set within a wooden doorcase that includes pilasters and a flat hood. A small canted bay window with glazing bars is present on the right-hand side of Number 23. Both houses have three four-pane sash windows to the first floor, each with a stone lintel and keystone.
