Description

This early 19th-century house, Westholme, is built of painted stucco with a shallow-pitched slate roof and a wide eaves bracketed cornice. The ground floor is rusticated and flanked by Ionic pilasters that extend upwards with plain capitals at the eaves. The central entrance has a six-panelled door with a rectangular fanlight, panelled reveals, and a wooden doorcase featuring panelled pilasters and a flat hood. Sash windows with flat arches and keyblocks in stucco are positioned on each side of the doorway. The first floor has three sash windows, and the second floor has two.
