Description

The granary and cartshed, located to the northwest of Castlethorpe Lodge, dates from the 18th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone and features a thatched roof. The building has six bays, open to the north and separated by posts. The two eastern bays have been infilled and converted into garages. Inside, the granary retains its original grain storage fittings and has a window at each gable end.
