Description

Nos. 2 and 4, known as The Inglenook, are a pair of cottages dating from the late 17th century. They are constructed from rubblestone and feature a thatched roof. The cottages are one storey plus an attic and each has two bays. There is a party stack and a right-hand gable stack, both made of brick. The ground floor of each cottage has three casement windows, and No. 2 has a board door located in the centre. No. 4 includes an eyebrow dormer with two lights and a gable entry that also has a board door. Additionally, there are attic casements in the gable.
