Description
No. 11 Mansion Row is a house dated 1752, with an extension added in 1813. It is constructed of Flemish bond brick and features ridge stacks and a tiled roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with an attic, comprising a one-bay range.
The left-hand doorway is framed with an architrave and has a 4-pane overlight, leading to a door with six raised panels. Above this, there are blocks that form part of a full-width fascia over a wide canted bay, which contains mid-19th century horned plate-glass sashes. The first floor features a similar bay and eaves fascia, while the raised attic storey has a small 3/3-pane sash window in an exposed frame. The interior has not been inspected.
