Description
2 and 3 Mansion Row are a pair of houses built in the mid-18th century. They are constructed of Flemish bond brick and feature ridge stacks and a tiled roof. The houses are designed in a double-depth plan and each has three storeys and a basement, with a two-window range. The exterior includes a low plinth, a thin cornice, and a parapet. The outer doorways are framed with architraves and have bracketed cornices above doors that consist of four raised panels and glazed top panels. The windows have rubbed brick flat arches and horned plate-glass sashes. Number 3 has cill blocks and keystones, while Number 2 features mullion bars and 3/3-pane sashes on the second floor. The interior has not been inspected.
