The building is constructed of red brick with rendered dressings and features decorative details in a free Jacobean-Dutch style. It has a symmetrical design with gabled end bays and a main block that has a gable end roof. The entrance bay is elaborate and projects outward, while the building also includes strapwork decoration, pilasters, and tall arched windows with keystones.
