Description

5 and 6 Terrace Road are early to mid 19th century semi-detached houses, similar to Nos 3 and 4 but with some variations. They feature surviving bargeboards on the gables and casement windows on the second floor. The ground and first floors have superimposed rectangular bay windows with three-light casements at the front and one on each side, all with glazing bars. The ground floor also includes contemporary French windows. The entrances are located at the side, like Nos 3 and 4, but these houses have a plain parapet instead of crenellation. The door of No 5 is recessed and has four fielded panels, while No 6 has a glazed door. Nos 1 to 6 form a group.
