Description

Pan Mill is an 18th century and early 19th century water mill. It consists of two tall blocks that are four storeys high, featuring grey headers and a red brick third floor on the western block, while the eastern block is entirely red brick. The roofs are gable-ended and covered with slate. The windows are mostly segment-headed and include glazing bars. There are later gabled weather-boarded hoists on the eastern block. Additionally, there are later 19th century additions for offices and other uses to the north.
