Description

The Turret is an early 19th-century house located on the south-west side of Bath Road in West Cowes. The building is now faced with roughcast and features a hipped slate roof. It has three storeys and includes one window facing north-east and one window facing north-west, with a curved front. The glazing bars are intact above the ground floor, and there is an eaves cornice. A mid-19th century curved shop window consists of five narrow panes with a cornice above it, along with a doorway to the south that has a rectangular fanlight beneath the cornice.
