Description

Wellingham House is an early 19th-century building located on the south-west side of Steyning High Street. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The structure is constructed of red brick and has a stringcourse. The roof is covered with slate. On the first floor, there is a bay window, although the glazing bars are missing from the lower half. The building also includes a modern shop window. To the north-west, there is a narrow doorway with pilasters, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a door that has six moulded panels.
