VICTORIA PARADE 1. 5270 West Cowes Slipway Cottage Townsend House SZ 4996 SE 1/110 II GV 2. Early C19 pair built of white brick with slate roof. Two storeys and attics. Seven windows and 4 dormers in all. Parapet. Sashes with glazing bars missing. large C19 bay in the centre on ground and 1st floors. Doorcases on each side of it with pilasters, pediment and semi-circular fanlight.
