Harbour House is an early 19th-century building located on Victoria Parade, West Cowes. It is a four-storey structure of painted brick, topped with a hipped slate roof. The front facade features a single window. A prominent eaves cornice runs around the building. The original glazing bars remain intact above the ground floor. A bay window extends across the ground and first floors, each with its own cornice. The doorway is framed by pilasters supporting a pediment and features a semi-circular fanlight above a six-panelled door.
