Description

July Cottage is an 18th-century pair of cottages. The cottages are stuccoed and have a tiled mansard roof. They are two storeys high with attics, and have two windows. The windows are sash windows with cambered heads and vertical glazing bars. There are two dormers. The cottages have a plinth. Simple doorcases are present on the side elevation. They are included on the heritage list for group value.
