Description

A pair of early 19th century houses, located on the west side of High Street in Uckfield. They are three storeys high and each has two windows. The houses are constructed of red brick, with wooden stringcourses positioned above the ground and first floors. A cornice sits above the second floor, and a brick parapet with its own cornice crowns the structure. Small bay windows are present on both the ground and first floors. Brick porches, each topped with caps surmounting the outer angles, enclose the doorways at the outer ends of the houses.
