Description

This building, comprising numbers 218 and 218A, stands on the east side of High Street in Uckfield. It dates from the early 19th century and is three stories high, originally featuring two windows. The facade is faced with weatherboarding and is topped by a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is slate-covered and retains intact glazing bars on the ground floor. Modern shop fronts have been installed.
