Description

Barrington Row consists of a row of houses built in the 18th century. They are constructed from Isle of Wight stone rubble, featuring brick quoins and window dressings. The roofs are thatched, and there are two red brick chimneystacks. The buildings are one and a half storeys tall and have six windows. Most of the windows are modern casements, with some featuring pegged architraves. The doorways have simple doorcases with wooden architraves and plank doors. Number 12 has a later wooden gabled weather porch.
