Description

This is a terrace of six houses, numbered 1 to 9, dated around 1830 and located on Clarence Road, East Coves. The buildings are three storeys high and constructed of stock brick, with a parapet featuring stone coping and a moulded eaves cornice. There are twelve sash windows in total, retaining their original glazing bars. The second-floor windows have moulded architrave surrounds with stepped detail underneath. First-floor windows have moulded architrave surrounds and cornices. The shopfronts are largely from the 19th century and include pilasters. Number 1 has a rounded corner.
