Description

This is a stuccoed house dating to circa 1830, located on Millfield Avenue, East Cowes. It has a hipped slate roof. The house presents three windows to the west front and five to the north. A stringcourse cornice runs along the top of the walls, above which sits a parapet. A verandah, supported by iron columns, extends across the west front. The north front features two projecting bays, each flanked by pilasters topped with vases. The window panes are missing their original glazing bars. A pilastered porch connects the ground floor of the projecting bays.
