Description

This is a stuccoed house dating to circa 1830, located on Millfield Avenue, East Cowes. It has a hipped slate roof. The house presents three windows to the west front and five to the north. A stringcourse cornice runs along the top of the walls, above which sits a parapet. A verandah, supported by iron columns, extends across the west front. A pilastered porch connects the ground floor of the projecting bays.
