Description

This is an 18th-century barn located to the south of another barn, southwest of the granary at Hale Manor Farm. The structure is partly made of stone rubble with ashlar quoins, while the south end features brick with four courses of headers. It has a half-hipped roof, which is currently covered with corrugated iron. There are two blocked stone window surrounds and one brick window surround. The barn consists of five bays, and the roof, which is very late 19th century, includes through purlins and added queen posts.
