Pear Tree Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located on Brookside Road, Wroxall. It is constructed of stone rubble with a gable-end slate roof and end chimneys, originally thatched. The cottage features two 3-light wooden casement windows. A plain door provides access. A main ceiling beam is exposed on the ground floor. Pear Tree Cottage is part of a group that includes Barocott, Brookside, and Brookside Dairy.
