Description

Barocott and Brookside is an 18th-century cottage located on Brookside Road in Wroxall. The building is constructed of coursed stone rubble with small intervening stones and has two storeys. It features a steep slate roof that has replaced the original thatch, with coped gable ends supported by kneelers. The cottage has large two-light wooden casement windows and two later porches. Barocott and Brookside, along with Pear Tree Cottage and Brookside Dairy, form a group.
