Description

Jasmine Cottage is an 18th-century attached cottage located on Grove Road in Burton Bradstock. The cottage has rubble stone walls with large stone quoins. It features a thatched roof with a hip at the east gable, and a 20th-century brick stack at the ridge on the Grove Road side. The building is one-and-a-half storeys high. It has 2- and 3-light wooden casement windows with glazing-bars (20th century), wooden cills, and lintels. A 20th-century plank door is set within a new pentice slate-roofed porch on the east gable wall.
