Description
This is a circa 1815 terraced house located on Ditchling Road, Brighton. It was likely designed by Amon Wilds. The house is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and extends to three storeys, featuring a single-window front. It has a low, flat-arched entrance with a plain architrave. The ground floor has a canted bay, and the first floor has a segmental bay, supported by a bracketed verandah with lattice panels and railings, where the awning has been renewed. Louvred shutters to the second-floor window are a characteristic feature of Amon Wilds' work. Bracketed eaves and a side stack are also present. The interior of the property has not been inspected.
