Villa, now flats. 1880s, built by William Willett. Yellow stock bricks, lavish use of moulded and incised bricks for cornices, aprons, string courses and lintels, rendered basement, hipped slate roof, also to central bay projecting into attic storey, stacks rising as continuous wall on returns. Plan: double fronted. 2 storeys plus attic over basement, 3:1:3 bays, full height canted bays flanking central bay rising into attic storey, sash windows without glazing bars in segmental headed openings, cills carried on shaped brackets, round arched entrance carried on rusticated piers with ornate capitals, recessed panelled door with fanlight and sidelights approached by shallow flight of steps. Wall and gatepiers fronting road, brick with moulded coping, dwarf walls missing their original railings, square piers with moulded caps.
