Description
These are three terraced houses dating from the 18th century, located on North Road in Preston, Brighton. They are built with cobbles and have brick dressings, with a tiled roof. Each house is two storeys high and features a single window on each floor. The houses have brick quoins, and the window and door surrounds are also brick. A segmental-arched entrance is present at number 21, while the entrance at number 23 has been altered to a cambered arch. Ground floor windows at number 21 are arched, with cambered arches at number 23. The first-floor windows feature flat arches. All windows have sashes of their original design. A brick dentil cornice runs along the top of the houses. The interiors were not inspected.
