Description

These are two terraced houses dating from the 18th century, located on North Road in Preston, Brighton. They are built of flint with blue and red brick dressings, and have a tile roof. The houses are two storeys high, each having one window. They have brick quoins marking the corners. Segmental-arched doorways are featured, also with brick quoins. The ground-floor windows have segmental arches, while the central ground-floor windows have been rebuilt in red brick. The first-floor windows have flat arches. A brick dentil cornice runs along the top of the building, and there is an end stack (chimney) on number 27. The interior has not been inspected.
