Description

No. 28, North Road is an early 19th-century detached house. The construction is of cobbles with brick dressings, brick and render, and a tiled roof. The house is double-fronted with three windows on each floor. It features brick quoins and brick dressings around all openings. The segmental-arched entrance is flanked by segmental-arched windows, while the first-floor windows have flat arches. A dentil cornice runs along the top of the facade, and the roof is of mansard form with end stacks on both slopes. The interior has not been inspected.
