Description
Old Rectory Cottage is a former coach house to The Old Rectory, dating from the 18th century and altered in the 20th century. The building is constructed of painted brick in Flemish bond and features an old tile gabled roof with a rectangular plan.
The exterior is single storey with a chimney located at the rear. It has 20th-century sash windows with glazing bars and semicircular brick heads, which are situated in former carriage openings. The southern entrance front has a four-bay 20th-century entrance door, with the second bay slightly recessed and a single fixed light window to the left. All three carriage openings have been bricked up to window sill level. A timber frame is visible with painted brick infill on the return. The interior has not been inspected.
