Description
No 2 West Street is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall. It is constructed of pink washed brick and features one sash window with four panes both above and below. To the left, there is a trellis porch. The roof is covered with pantiles, and there is a weather-boarded lean-to extension at the rear. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 2 to 12 (even), Nos 18, 20, 22, and 24, as well as Nos 3 to 11 (odd) and No 15 West Street, the Water Pavilion to Carshalton House, the boundary wall to Carshalton House in West Street, and The Old Rectory on Festival Walk.
