Description

No. 4 West Street is an early 19th-century building located in Carshalton. It is two storeys high and features a modern roughcast exterior with cement architraves and quoins. The building has three sash windows, with the outer ones having four panes each. A central Regency-style trellis porch with a tented lead roof leads to a six-fielded panelled door. The eaves are dentilled, and the roof is covered with slates.
