Description

This is a late 18th and early 19th century terrace of four houses, numbered 136 to 142 Petersham Road, and also known as Landsdowne Place. The houses are three storeys high, with basements, and each has three windows per floor. The two central houses project slightly forward. The front of the terrace is topped with a parapet and has a brick corbel cornice. Number 142 features a two-storey bowed projection. At the right-hand end of the terrace, a further bay projects forward, above a carriageway featuring a setted and granite-tracked surface. This bay has tripartite windows on each floor.
