Description

Dating to around 1760, with later extensions to both sides, Bingham House Hotel is a three-storey building with a basement. The main section has a front of two bays, the right-hand one slightly projected. The front is constructed of brown brick with a band at first floor level and a simplified modillion cornice at second floor level, topped by a parapet. The doorway on the right is reminiscent of that at Ancaster House, Richmond Hill, and features columns in the style of the Tower of the Winds.
