Description

The tunnel under Petersham Road, located in the Terrace Gardens of Richmond, dates from the later 18th century. It features a masonry barrel vault and connects Terrace Gardens to Bucclengh Gardens. The tunnel has three bays leading to Bucclengh Gardens, with a rusticated central arch.
