Description

This early 19th century property comprises two dwellings, 124 and 126 Richmond Hill. The building is constructed of brick and stands four storeys high, with a basement. It has a five-window frontage. A cornice is located above the second floor, while the third floor rises as a tall attic, featuring a simple stone cornice and blocking. The ground floor windows are semi-circular, with square-headed windows above. Moulded surrounds and a bracketed cornice highlight the central window on the first floor. Sash windows are present throughout, except on the first floor where casement windows provide access to a balcony with iron railings. The entrance area also has iron railings, which rise to form an arch over the entrance. The central doorways are recessed within a segmental arch opening.
