Description

No. 140 Richmond Hill is an early 18th-century, three-storey house with an attic and basement. The building is three windows wide, plus an additional bay of blind window panels. It features a slated mansard roof with dormers set behind a balustraded parapet. The exterior is constructed of brown brick with red dressings, and the ground and basement floors are lined with stucco. On the ground floor, there is a three-light segmental bay window. The entrance door is framed by a pedimented doorcase with carved consoles. The basement has railings, and the property has been recently restored.
