Description

No. 144 Richmond Hill is a late 18th-century house that stands three storeys high with an attic. The building features three windows across its front and has two dormers. It is constructed of brick and topped with a slate mansard roof that has a parapet. The windows are square-headed, with casements on the upper floor. The first-floor windows provide access to a canopied balcony. The entrance is highlighted by a Tuscan Doric portico.
