Description

Nos 24 to 32 on Hill Rise date from around 1700 and were originally built as a pair. The buildings are two storeys high, with a basement and an attic. Each building has four windows and two pedimented dormers. They feature a hipped slate roof with a modillion eaves cornice. The construction is of stock brick with red dressings. The front is complemented by two early 20th-century single-storey shop extensions to Hill Rise, which are not of special interest.
