Description

This is a mid-19th century building by H. Laxton. It is constructed of stucco with a slate roof. The building is three storeys high with an attic and basement. The Bridge Street frontage features a modillion cornice below the top storey, a single-storey loggia, and a five-storey Italianate tower with a pyramidal roof. The river frontage has an exposed basement that extends the full height of the building, a canted bay, and a three-storey wing.
