Description

The clock tower, located at the junction with Upper Green East in Mitcham, is a late 19th-century structure made of cast iron. It features a square base topped by a fluted Ionic column that supports a pedimented clock housing, which has clock faces on all four sides. The tower is crowned with a weathervane.
