Description

This is a detached house located on Brentford Market Place, dating to the mid-18th century with 19th century and later alterations. The house is constructed of multi-coloured stock brick, with a slate mansard roof that incorporates dormers, and parapeted end gables featuring brick chimney stacks. It has two storeys, an attic, and a basement. The facade has three windows, with the central window being blind. A central entrance is defined by an early 19th century distyle porch and a stuccoed doorway surround, housing a four-panelled door. The windows are early 20th century double-hung sashes, with glazing bars to the top sash and vertically divided bottom sashes. A segmental arched flush-framed sash window is located on the right-hand return on the first floor.
