Description

These are an early 18th-century pair of cottages located on The Butts, Brentford. They are constructed of brown brick with red brick dressings. The cottages are two storeys high with an attic, and feature four double-hung sash windows on each floor, set within architraves. The ground floor windows and doorways have flat arches. The entrances have four-panel doors, each with a rectangular traceried fanlight above. The cottages have a modillion eaves cornice and an old tile roof, with two dormers. The interior retains original stairs and fireplaces. The listed buildings in The Butts form a group.
