Description
The Lawn Gate is an early 19th-century house located on Lampton Road in Hounslow. It is constructed of brown brick and stands two storeys high. The building features three double-hung sash windows set in reveals with flat arches, along with two bow windows, each containing one window. A cast iron hood adorns the ground floor, and there is a Doric porch supported by fluted columns and pilasters, topped with an entablature. Above the door, there is a semi-circular traceried fanlight. The first-floor windows also have cast iron hoods, and the building is finished with a parapet. A cast iron gate complements the overall design.
