Description

Magnolia House, at number 64 Strand on the Green, is an early 19th-century house built of brown brick, standing three storeys high. It has three double-hung sashes set within flat arched reveals. The first and second floors feature a bow supported by two cast iron columns, with a central French window on the first floor and decorative cast iron balconettes. A six-panel door is topped by a rectangular fanlight, and the building is finished with a parapet. Magnolia House forms a group with numbers 64 to 71 on Strand on the Green.
