Description
Nos 130 to 136 on High Street in Harefield are a group of buildings with historical significance. Nos 128 and 130 form a two-storey, two-bay window house from the 17th century, positioned end on to the road. It features a high-pitched, hipped tiled roof with sprocketed eaves. Nos 132 and 134 are a range that likely dates back to the 16th century and is set at right angles to the others, with a tiled roof and a rebuilt central stack. No 132 has been renewed in machine tile. All the buildings are timber framed but have been covered in pebbledash. The windows are small-paned modern casements, and there are half-glazed modern doors. The group is noted for its position on High Street.
