Description
The King's Arms Public House is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has undergone alterations. It stands two storeys high and features four windows in total. The central range is half-timbered with plaster filling, while the gabled crosswings have been rendered. The building has old tiled roofs, with a compound stack made of narrow bricks located on the ridge of the central section. There is a projecting chimney on the front of the right crosswing. A modern one-storey extension is attached to the right, which continues as a pent hood along the front of the right crosswing. The windows are modern leaded casements, and there are modern doors. Inside, some timber is exposed. The King's Arms and the stable building are part of a group.
