Description

This is a late 16th century or early 17th century, two-bay barn located to the southeast of Sherley's Farmhouse, also known as The 17th Century Barn Motel. It features a timber frame with a queen strut roof truss and has been somewhat restored. Adjacent to it is a later 17th century two-bay structure to the north, also timber framed, which has a queen post roof truss. The barn has painted brick filling and old tiled roofs. The buildings have group value with Sherley's Farmhouse. There are some modern extensions to the east.
