Description

The forecourt wall to Number 141 on Footscray Road is a 17th-century structure made of red brick, although the coping has been replaced. The left side of the wall ramps up to the right pier of a pair of early 19th-century square gate piers. These piers are constructed from multicoloured stock brick and feature flat stone coping. The inner surfaces of the piers have projecting jambs that indicate the presence of a gate that is no longer there.
