Description
This is a 17th-century cottage located to the east of Eltham Lodge, with some alterations. It is constructed of irregular red brick and has one storey plus an attic. The cottage features a high-pitched, hipped tiled roof that includes two modern dormers. The brickwork shows signs of extensive repair, with pointing done in various types of mortar. The cottage has cambered arches above 19th-century sash windows, and there is an old window arch with a 19th-century casement window on the left side. Additionally, there is a panelled section and an old brick chimney. To the right, there is a one-storey extension with two 19th-century windows. The cottage has group value within its context.
