Description
This is a terrace of six properties built in 1830. The buildings are stuccoed with slate roofs, except for number 6 which has a tiled roof. Brick chimney stacks are present. Each property has two storeys and a basement, with two windows per front. The windows are 12-pane sashes set in reveals. A plinth runs along the base of the buildings. Doorcases are round-headed on the left side of numbers 4, 10, and 14, featuring shell patterned bars. Numbers 8, 12, and 14 have Regency-style six-panel doors, while the remaining properties have mainly six-panel doors. Flights of stone steps lead to the entrances, with iron handrails and area railings set on stuccoed plinths. Interior features reported to include mahogany handrails on the stairs, lift-up window shutters, and good quality stone chimney pieces with corner roundels and sunk pulvinated surrounds. Number 4 retains single contemporary ceiling cornices.
